GENERAL

When is your shop open?

We no longer have a physical shop, but we offer home delivery services. You can place an order for delivery to your home or workplace on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. The deadline for Monday deliveries is 3 pm on Sunday. For Tuesday and Friday deliveries, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 9:30 am. If you have an urgent order, please email us, and we'll try our best to assist you

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Absolutely. Simply checkout as a guest.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product you can easily place a new order. To cancel or remove products please get in touch through the 'contact us' link and if the order has not yet been actioned we will cancel it and process a refund.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@56degrees.com.au just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please first check your mailbox’s spam/junk folder.

Can I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via info@56degrees.com.au, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.

Orders of short shelf life items can not be cancelled.

Will you remember my last order?

If you have registered an account with 56° you can view the history of your previous orders. They are available to view from your profile page.

Where do you deliver to?

ON MONDAYS: Canberra, Queanbeyan, Bungendore, Murrumbateman and Yass

ON TUESDAYS: Canberra & Queanbeyan

ON FRIDAYS: Canberra & Queanbeyan

When will my order arrive?

we are excited to offer free delivery on Mondays and Tuesdays, as well as on Fridays for orders over $100. The Monday delivery cutoff is 3 PM on Sunday, while orders placed before 9:30 AM on Tuesday and Friday will be delivered on the same day.

How much is shipping?

Delivery is a FREE on Mondays and Tuesdays. Fridays all orders over $100 are free all under are $5

Can I track my order?

You should get a tracking email on the morning of your delivery. If you do not, you can email us or DM over instagram and we can give you a time. 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. You can find our gift cards on our Home Page. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift voucher instead for the value of $100, $150, $200 or $250.

I'm after something special, can you get it for me?

We will do our best and with sufficient notice we are confident we can get you what you're after. Generally, most common domestic products can be sourced in about 1 week but rarer, more obscure and imported items will take longer.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

You will not be able to add to cart/checkout with an item that is sold out. Click on the NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE link to be the first to know when the product is back in stock.

Can I add products after I've placed an order?

As long as your order has not left the warehouse and is already out for delivery, you can call email our customer service team on info@56degrees.com.au to add to your order.

RETURNS

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives and it is not what you have ordered, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via info@56degrees.com.au with the details. We’ll respond and sort it out ASAP.

PACKAGING

Why do you use wool?

Wool insulated packaging has been independently proven to keep food contents below the all-important 5°c for at least 12 hours, even on warmer days making it perfectly safe to be left so you don't need to stress about being home to receive the delivery. Bit of a bonus that it's natural and reduces plastics going into landfill too.

My Icepack isn't frozen?

As our cool packs are made from gel, they might not be frozen solid when they arrive. Don’t worry! It’s supposed to be this way. Being gel, these packs bend and flex, staying colder for longer. They’re also less rigid than solid ice bricks that have sharp edges and can damage contents inside.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes! Our wool products are primarily made from wool and cardboard/paper based materials, some of which are from recycled sources. These are renewable and compostable/recyclable. We love collecting these back to be re-used or recycled properly so feel free to leave them out for us when your next order is coming or drop them off at our Fyshwick facility.
